Agropecuaria Campomojado was founded in 1987 by Mrs. Nieves Sánchez-Arjona and Mr. Antonio González García Cascón. From the beginning it was directed by Mr. José María Sánchez-Arjona. This was improving the farm by providing it with the appropriate facilities to breed the best beef.
It belongs to the Tierra de Sabor, Ternera Charra brands and has sanitary authorizations for export.
It is also integrated into the Cobadu Cooperative.
The exploitation of cattle follows forms of extensive rearing and permanence in the open field. The mothers, the stallions and the calves live permanently outdoors, being their only shelter the holm oak, Aleppo and other natural brigades.
Food: it is made with the natural resources of the farm, that is, pastures, ramón, acorn, oak leaf, etc. This is complemented by alfalfa, wheat or barley straw, urea-free blocks and forages during times when pastures are not sufficient to meet the nutritional needs of animals.
The feeding is controlled by the veterinarians of the Guarantee Marks to which it belongs, to guarantee that the products of the farm comply with the requirements demanded by them.
