The parents are of the Limusin race, the mothers are of the first F1 crossing (Charolés and Morucha) The production system is extensive and typical management of the pasture. The ratio of cow per hectare is from 1 to 2.8. The animals on the farm are within the Ternera Charra Guarantee Mark and production complies with what is required by it: - The use of medicinal substances not authorized by current legislation and substances that may interfere with the normal rate of growth and development of the animal is prohibited. The animals must be, at least the three months immediately prior to slaughter, registered in the register of the bait farms and under the sampling program carried out by the control entity. - The only method of conservation authorized for meats with the Ternera Charra brand is refrigeration. - Fresh beef suitable for consumption.
